Payment:

Within one week of receiving our invoice a 20 % advance payment should be paid to our travel agency.

4 Weeks before your arrival we should receive the rest payment.

Cancellation :

In case of cancellation , tha following table shall be applied

Till 30 days before starting the tour 15 %:

From 29 days till 22 days before starting the tour 25 %.

From 21 days till 15 days before starting the tour 30 %.

From 14 days till 07 days before starting the tour 50 %.

Starting From 06 days before starting the tour 65 %.

Starting From 03 days before starting the tour 80 %.

At the starting day opr no show 100%

Service & Price

Blue River Travel has to offer the service in the best possible way.According to contract conditions and price.

Blue River Travel reserves the right to change the tour costes after the confirmation in case of governmetal taxes , changing of the currency changing cource , enterance fees .. etc accordingly.withen 2 months prior to tour date , after this time limit Blue River Travel is not aoutherised to any price change. General conditions.
